WHY CHOOSE US

At Dar Jana, we provide a safe and healthy academic home where each student experiences meaningful opportunities to realize their full potential, understand the real world, and be active members of their community. Our holistic learning experience is customized to each student’s academic and social-emotional needs.

A Team of Qualified Professionals

DJIS owes its success to the unwavering commitment and efforts of a team of qualified faculty, administrators, and support staff members who work hard towards achieving our mission to empower learners to become Well-rounded, Interdependent, Self-directed, Ethical leaders (WISE).

A Rigorous Curriculum

DJIS offers a rigorous curriculum that empowers students to adopt a strong work ethic. Our students successfully engage in advanced math courses, NGSS science standards and begin advanced placement
courses in high school in preparation for College Board examinations.

Strong Student Support

All students have unique talents and develop at
different paces. It is for this reason that DJIS offers several support services for our students and families. This includes interventions, social-emotional support,
learning support inclusion services, and enrichment programs.

Standardized Assessments

DJIS is a testing center for Scholastic Aptitude Test
(SAT), Preliminary Scholastic Aptitude Test/National Merit Scholarship Qualifying Test (PSAT/NMSQT), Advanced Placement (AP) and American College Test
(ACT). We also proudly administer NWEA Measures of Academic Progress (MAP) assessments (KG-Grade 12), Progress in International Reading Literacy Study
(PIRLS), and Program for International Student Assessment (PISA). Our students also prepare for local standardized assessments such as, Tahsili and Qudarat.

A Myriad of Extra-Curricular Opportunities

While DJIS students have proven to thrive academically, they also participate in several extra-curricular
opportunities. This includes community service learning, annual Model United Nations (MUN) conferences, Spelling Bee, Quran Recitation Tournament, National
Student Council, Mawhiba, MISK Foundation Program, student-run newsletter The View, and after-school clubs.

Stringent Safety and Wellness Protocols

The safety and wellness of our students and employees are at the forefront of our priorities. Our healthcare
providers have developed protocols and guidelines to plan, organize, and manage a safe and healthy school environment for staff, pupils and visitors.
